These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Muse app and related services (the "Service") provided by Muse Studio ("Muse," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Service

Muse lets you turn a photo into styled lookbook images. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may set limits on use of the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Do not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate others without authorization.

Your content and license

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant Muse a limited license to process your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating your requested outputs.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Muse and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Payments are handled through your app store provider and subject to its terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Muse Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
